Do we need large amounts of data to get started?
Not necessarily. The right data matters more than the volume of it. During an initial scoping call, we review what you currently have and assess whether it's sufficient for the AI model you have in mind. If it isn't, we'll be straightforward about that and discuss what data collection might look like.
How long does a typical engagement take?
This varies by service. Customer retention modelling typically takes four to six weeks from data scoping to dashboard delivery. Sandbox environments can often be provisioned within two to three weeks. Knowledge management projects range from six to twelve weeks depending on the volume and variety of existing content.
Will our team need technical expertise to use the outputs?
We design outputs for the people who will actually use them. Dashboards are built for customer success managers, not data scientists. Sandbox environments include usage documentation for non-technical staff. We stay involved during the adoption period to make sure your team feels comfortable with what we've built.
How is our data kept secure during the project?
We treat your data with the same care you would expect from an internal team. Data sharing protocols, access controls, and handling procedures are agreed in writing before any data is transferred. Where possible, we work with anonymised or synthetic data during development phases.
